This policy applies to the ForYouJOB website and related services.

1. Collection and use of personal information
- The Company collects personal information with the consent of the data subject and only to the minimum extent needed to provide the service.
- All personal information collected is used only within the scope of the purposes notified.
- The Company respects the Labor Standards Act and related laws and, as a rule, does not recommend sign-up by children under the age of 15.

- With social sign-in, we receive only the information you agreed to share with Kakao or Google. We never receive your password.
- Members are identified by the member ID issued by each service, so your account stays the same even if your email changes.
- If you sign in with a social account that uses the same email as an existing account, we ask for the existing account's password once to verify your identity before linking them.
- Social sign-in links are deleted without delay when you delete your account or request to unlink.

2. Retention and use period
- Personal information is retained until the purpose of providing the service is achieved or until you delete your account.
- Where separate retention is required by law, information may be kept for a set period under the relevant regulations.
- ForYouJOB currently offers no paid features, so retention under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce does not apply.
3. Procedure and method of destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.
Personal information printed on paper is safely destroyed by shredding or incineration.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the data subject.
However, when you apply for a job, your information is provided to that employer.
